Mr Tomasz Wisniewski brings extensive hands-on experience across engineering, manufacturing and operational delivery. His background includes multidisciplinary machine build from specification, assembly and integration through testing and final handover; CNC milling and turning on 3- and 5-axis machinery; production and extrusion-line operations; quality control; warehouse and logistics support; Lean and Kaizen improvement; project planning; workflow organisation; documentation control; and cross-functional work with design, procurement, quality and supply-chain teams.

This practical shop-floor and project-delivery background shapes the WEYSENS approach: identify the real problem, connect findings to evidence, make assumptions visible and prioritise improvements that can be measured and verified.
